At Sebasti-Tek, protecting identity and data is a top priority. The Paws-Port is designed to celebrate individuality while keeping information safe and private, no matter where in the world we are.
- What Information We Collect
To produce a Paws-Port, we only request the details needed for the card itself, such as:
- Display Name (to be printed)
- Preferred Contact Handle (e.g., Telegram @, social link, etc. — optional)
- Community / Membership Number (if chooses to have one displayed)
- Shipping Address. (only sent in communication emails,texts or order forms, which can get deleted. ( however It is stored on the invoice for shipping purposes.) If you wish to remain anonymous with your address, local pickup is advised.
We do not collect sensitive personal, legal, or financial information.
- How We Protect That Information
- Limited Access: Data is handled only by Sebasti-Tek during production.
- Secure Storage: Information is stored in a private, password-protected system with encryption.
- Minimal Retention: Data is kept only long enough to design, produce, and deliver the card. Upon request, it is permanently deleted. ( Design, Link, Contact)
- User Approval: Every user approves their design before printing. No card is produced without confirmation.
-NFC Chip Security
- NFC chips can be left unlocked (so the user can edit their link anytime with a free app), or locked (so the data has a password)or Permanent Read Only (Disable Editing attempts)
- If a card is lost, it cannot be remotely deactivated — but a new card can be issued with updated info. The old card is no longer considered valid or current and will be issued a new card number.
🐾 Paws-Port / Custom Design Submission Policy
At Sebasti-Tek, we want every Paws-Port to reflect the individuality of its user — while respecting copyright and community standards. To ensure that, we follow these simple rules for custom graphics:
✅ User Responsibility
- By submitting artwork, logos, or graphics for your Paws-Port, you confirm that you have the rights to use them.
- Sebasti-Tek is not responsible for copyright claims relating to user-submitted content.
✅ What’s Allowed
- Personal names, colors, icons, or symbols
- Original artwork created by the user or person or with permission
Community crests/logos with written approval from leadership
🚫 What’s Not Allowed
- Copyrighted corporate logos (e.g., Nike, Disney, Marvel, etc.)
- Commercial artwork without proof of license
- Any design that infringes on trademarks, brands, or protected art
✅ Safe Defaults
- All users have access to a default Paws-Port design that is free to customize with colors, names, and symbols at no extra charge.
- This ensures every Paws-Port can be unique while staying free of copyright risk.
In short:
Your own your design. We only print what you have the rights to. Everyone stays protected.
